Thank you for shopping at Everywater. We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Upon delivery of the goods, you will inspect them promptly. If any of the ordered items were damaged in transit or shipped in error, or have a defect due to faulty material or workmanship, you must notify us by email at contact@everywater.us within 30 days of the delivery date of the relevant goods. Please note: You will be deemed to have accepted these goods if you do not notify us within this timeframe.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable. Damage/loss caused by customers is not refundable.
3. General Return Process
Initiate a return:
Please email us at contact@everywater.us with photos or videos of the items and provide your order number. Our customer service team will assess the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.
Ship the item back:
If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend that you send your return/exchange using a shipping method that provides tracking information as well as a signature, as we will not be responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
4. Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to our issues (such as incorrect products, or quality problems with the products), we will provide a full refund;
The buyer must pay the freight if the return is due to a buyer's issue (such as: not liking/not wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product/size).
A 10% restocking fee will be charged if you return for the following reasons: not wanting/needing/liking, ordered the wrong product/size.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is complete and the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order before your item is shipped. And we will give you a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
6. Refunds
Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks for return processing. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If you paid by credit or debit card, we will process a refund to the same card originally used to place and pay for the order once we receive your return. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days to credit your original form of payment.
If you paid using PayPal or Apple Pay, we will process a refund to your PayPal or Apple Pay account originally used to place and pay for the order once we receive your return. Please allow approximately 1 to 3 business days to credit your original form of payment.

Color difference: The color of product images may differ from the actual color due to the influence of light, color temperature, and display settings. Please take the actual object as the standard. Thank you for your understanding.
