Free shipping on most orders.

No minimum purchase required. We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) and payments via PayPal.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within the 3 to 5 business day processing time after your order has been fully processed.

Shipping

This approach is suitable for orders placed in France, Belgium, and Switzerland. This strategy is designed to ensure that you are well aware of our shipping strategies and systems. By making a purchase in this store, you agree to the following strategies.

1. Delivery Area

We can deliver to France, Switzerland and Belgium, but delivery to some remote areas cannot be achieved.

2. The order delivery time is divided into two parts

(1) Order processing time

Approximately 3 to 5 business days. This is the time elapsed between when the customer places their order and when we process the order for the delivery service. Generally, orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation and payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be delayed. Our warehouse operates only Monday to Friday during regular business hours, except on public holidays. In these cases, we take steps to minimize shipping delays.

(2) Shipping time

Approximately 7 to 14 business days. The cutoff time for receiving orders is 5:00 PM (Paris time). After the cutoff time, we will not process orders received that day. Normally, the delivery time is only 10 to 19 business days. Delivery time may be delayed due to unexpected situations, such as customs inspection, adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc. Our products are delivered by DPD and DHL.

3. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you by e-mail.
  • If your order has just been shipped, please wait 3 to 5 business days for the updated tracking information.
  • If your order is already in transit and has not been updated for several days, it will usually be updated when the package reaches the next shipping station (which may take 3 to 7 business days). Please be patient and wait for updates.
  • If you still have doubts about the status of your package, please contact our customer support team by sending us an email at: contact@everywater.us. We will help you check the status of your package.


4. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once the package is on its way, we cannot change the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery location for your order, please contact us at contact@everywater.us within 24 hours of placing your order.


5. Exceeding delivery time

Delivery time may be delayed due to unexpected situations, such as customs inspections, severe weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us by e-mail at contact@everywater.us within 24 hours of your order. We will check the situation with the shipping company in time. We thank you for your understanding and support.


6. Order cancellation

All orders placed on our site can be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us in time, we will refund the full payment according to your payment procedure.
However, for orders already in transit or that have been processed, we regret that we cannot cancel them.


7. About tax

There will be no other charges once you have successfully placed your order. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country. However, in our experience, such a situation is very rare.
If you receive a tax notice from customs, please pay the tax first, then contact our customer service at contact@everywater.us attaching the payment receipt, and we will refund it to you.
If you still have doubts regarding the tax, you can inquire about your country's customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.


8. Missing items

We apologize if an order is held at customs, returned, or even lost during the delivery process! Please contact our support team at contact@everywater.us to let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement for your order.
